As 2020 draws to a close, we are most thankful that we and all our family and friends are doing well. This past year, we have not been able to travel due to COVID-19 healthy and safety considerations. Understandably, there are no interesting pictures to show except for our Christmas tree this year :).
However, we have great hopes for 2021! Our new years resolution is to document one photo each day in 2021. Hopefully, the vaccines will provide all the relief they promised, the world will return to some degree of normalcy and travel will resume again.
*********************************************************************************************************Traveling has always been a source of joy and melancholy for me. On the one hand, nothing can parallel the joy of anticipating a vacation or planned holiday. The excitement you feel when you finally get to embark on the journey you’ve had planned for months is a wonderful feeling. However, once its end draws near, the melancholy of returning to the work and obligations you’ve been able to cast aside for the time being is quite saddening.
Luckily I have a camera to capture the special moments.
